Starting and ending at the iconic McGregor Square in Denver\, this race isn’t your typical road race—it’s a dynamic journey where running meets fitness in a unique and unpredictable way. \nAthletes will race from McGregor Square to three different local gyms\, where they’ll face a designated workout at each stop. But here’s the twist: there are no set routes. Each athlete must navigate their own path to the gyms\, relying on their instincts\, knowledge of the city\, and the thrill of adventure. Once they arrive at a gym\, they’ll complete the designated workout—whether it’s strength\, endurance\, or agility—before heading out to the next gym in the sequence. \nFrom the potential of push-ups to assault bike\, wall balls to kettlebell swings\, this challenge tests all aspects of fitness. Only after completing each gym’s workout can the athlete continue\, making this a true test of both physical and mental toughness.
